  8. order information (such as your order of products, sizes & measurements, purchase history)

  10. signature (provided upon acceptance of the delivery of goods and/or templating/installation services)

2.3 In addition, customers also applying for Trade Accounts may provide us with:
  1. billing & payment information

  2. information relevant to your employees (name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses & job roles)

  3. your individual client’s information for purposes of delivery (including names, telephone numbers, address details, email addresses & images/files/documents or other order information associated with your order or requested specifications)

  4. details regarding your company trading type, director names and any relevant company registration numbers

  5. information about your business activities

  6. signature (to confirm information provided is accurate and acceptance of our terms and conditions)

2.4 In addition, we may collect from customers visiting our showroom, offices or warehouse:
  1. Recordings of you (If the location you visit has CCTV in operation)

2.5 We will always aim to collect as little personal information as required to provide you with our products and/or services. If the level of information collected prevents or restricts us from providing you with the relevant product and/or services, we will inform you of any additional information required and fully explain the reason why it is needed. This will allow you to make an informed decision whether to proceed with the requested products and/or services.

  9. to protect our customers, employees and property from crime by operating CCTV systems within our showroom, offices and warehouses for security purposes

  10. to manage and allow you to access/amend your account information (where an account has been created)

  1. upon your request to communicate with you via e-mail to provide any information to you when subscribed to our company newsletter. This may include news about products, promotional offers or other services we believe may be relevant and of interest.

  4. to approach prospective trade customers and inform them of products and services that we believe may be a benefit to their business

4. How we may share your personal data

4.1 We may share your personal data with trusted service providers to the extent that it is necessary to provide our products and services to you. Your data may also be disclosed to authorities if required by law. Where there is a need to share your personal data, a number of policies and procedures have been put in place to keep your data safe and protected.

4.2 Personal Data may be shared with:

  1. IT companies and hosting service providers that help us maintain the software that runs our Website and other business systems

  2. Delivery & Courier companies (including subcontract drivers, Royal Mail and other postal companies) to supply your order

  3. suppliers where there has been a requirement to organise products to be supplied/delivered direct to you on our behalf

  4. subcontract template and installation specialist working on our behalf

  5. independent specialist whose services have been called upon to assist with complaint resolutions

5. How we protect your personal data

5.1 We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any personal data we may collect. Our systems are regularly monitored for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and tested to identify ways to further strengthen security when and where required.

5.2 We secure access to all areas of our website using 'https' technology utilising the services of specialist payment processing companies (Sagepay, PayPal & Amazon Pay). No sensitive data such as payment card information is kept on our server.

5.3 Only the information that is necessary for them to perform their specific services will be shared with any 3rd parties and we work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is both protected and respected at all times.

5.4 Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you to choose an effective, secure password and not to share your password with any other party.

5.5 We recommend only connecting to secure wireless networks that you trust to reduce the risk of unauthorised people intercepting your online activity. Please beware of the risks of using public wifi. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure. This won’t affect any processing already carried out before you withdraw your consent or processing under other grounds.
